All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines and mandatory poses. The mandatory poses for Bodybuilding, Classic and Women’s Physique can be found on www.npcnewsonline.com in the ABOUT section under RULES. One minute posing routines for Bodybuilders, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique) will only be performed at the night show finals. Moon poses are prohibited. If time dictates, only the Top 5 in each class will perform their routine at the Finals.
