Important Note:  Competitors should bring their own linens and blankets to avoid any damages caused by tanning agents. 


Entrants must be NPC registered athletes and there are no residency restrictions.   NPC cards run January 1st- December 31st so cards purchased in 2016 will not be valid for 2017 events.

Those who are designated a “Pro” competitor in any federation are not eligible unless they have successfully petitioned the NPC to regain their amateur status.

Competitors must register with the NPC online at which will allow you to print your card instantly ($125.00). We recommend that you save an image of your card as a back-up to bring to check in. You must register for your NPC card online before check in.

All junior, teen and masters competitors must show proof of age at Check-In (i.e. Birth Certificate copy) All teen competitors must be at least 16 years of age. Competitors may enter more than one division. For more information on rules and regulations, please visit the official NPC website at


Competitors who have never won their class other than in the TRUE NOVICE division or placed in the top ten in a National show. It is the competitor’s responsibility to notify the promoter of a change in eligibility due to a prior placing.

Please note that if you are a novice competitor by the definitions listed below, you are not required to compete in a novice class and may choose to do Open/Masters instead or may enter both. 


Entry fee is $110.00 (all fees and taxes included). Junior Fitness is $60(all fees and taxes included). Crossover/Multiple entry is permitted. The entry fee will be applied to each division and class entered.  Entries are non-refundable.


Entry deadline is May 27, 2017.  Late Entries (5/28 - 6/7) will be $200 plus sales tax $219.20.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Absolute entry deadline is June 7, 2017 at midnight. This means no late entries will be accepted at check-ins.


Neils Andersen trophies will be awarded to the top five place winners in each class (Tiaras will also be awarded to the Fitness, Figure and Bikini Top 5). Overall winners will be awarded decorative swords. Team Awards will be given to the Top 3 teams with the most entries from one club or organization and $500 Save Fitness Award of reimbursement towards national expenses to the Overall Fitness Winner


All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines and mandatory poses. The mandatory poses for Bodybuilding, Classic and Women’s Physique can be found on in the ABOUT section under RULES. One minute posing routines for Bodybuilders, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique) will only be performed at the night show finals. Moon poses are prohibited. If time dictates, only the Top 5 in each class will perform their routine at the Finals.


Music is only required for Bodybuilders, Classic Physique, Women’s Physique and Fitness competitors. All other competitors will present on stage with house music.

Bodybuilders, Classic Physique, Women’s Physique will have 60 seconds, Fitness competitors have up to 2 min  and Junior Fitness will have 90 sec). Obscene lyrics in the music will result in disqualification.

Competitors check-in/weigh-in Friday, June 9 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Hotel Murano (Venice Ballroom-lower level).

There will NOT be a LATE CHECK IN ON SATURDAY, June 10th. Competitors’ meeting at 9:00am. Prejudging 10:00am. Late contestants for the preliminary lineup will not be allowed to compete. Evening show, all competitors 6:00PM


PREJUDGING: Starts at 10:00AM  EXPO/Cocktail hour: 5:00pm   FINALS: 6:00pm


FINALS: Dressy casual or Cocktail Attire (Red carpet and Photo Opportunities)

To ensure NPC insurance compliance, trainers who require back-stage access must have a valid 2017 NPC card and purchase a trainer’s pass during check-in on June 9th.  The cost is $100 for the pass (cash only) and will provide admission to both sessions.  No person will be permitted back stage without a trainer’s pass and no pass shall be issued to any person who does not present a valid 2017 NPC card.


Copies of score sheets will be available immediately after awards.
